Frank Mba, the former Nigeria Police Force Public Relations Officer, has returned to the role under the new police IG Mohammed Adamu, Guardian reports.
Mba had served as the force PRO under former Inspector General of Police Mohammed Abubakar between 2012 and 2014.
Frank replaces Jimohh Moshood, who served under the former IGP Ibrahim Idris.
