Four Cable Vandals Arrested In Rivers [Photos]

Four cable vandals have been arrested in Rivers State. They were arrested yesterday, while transporting the stolen cables from PHeD high-tension poles, along Elele community in the local government.

They have been handed over to the police and are currently answering questions.
