Indigenous womenswear brand Àgbéké by Halima recently debuted its new collection called AH GLINT. The collection incorporates various renditions of exquisite African prints and embellishments to create timeless wearable art.
Speaking of the collection, Halima Kasumu the creative director for the brand said:
My inspiration was in creating a timeless classic that combines luxury, comfort and an allure that keeps everyone wanting more.
The collection features dresses cut from African wax paired with cord laces, heavily embellished with sand beads. Dorcas Shola Fapson is gracefully draped in all ensembles from the collection for the lookbook, she pairs each outfit with shoes ranging from black court heels to lace up strap-ons and more.
