Pulitzer Prize-winning rapper Kendrick Lamar will be appearing as a guest star in the TV show “Power.”
Starz announced that Kendrick will appear in the 5th episode of the 5th season, titled “Happy Birthday.”
Executive Producer of the show Mark Canton described Kendrick as a “once in a generation talent.”
“Courtney, 50 [Cent] and I felt it would be exciting to create a role for him in ‘Power.’ Everyone involved is thrilled to have him join the family,” he said.
