The Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) is receiving the Android 8.0 Oreo update ahead of schedule. The update weighs in at 1.2 GB and besides bumping the Android version, it also ups the Samsung Experience to version 9.0. This version improves the keyboard, brings standard emojis, GIFs and stickers, improves Bixby automation features and Color Lens. We covered the changes here.
