Photos: Man Sleeps On Lagos Road Causing Traffic In Apongbon

A man this morning stripped himself n3ked and took to Apongbon major road to sleep. People who noticed him said they think he is mentally unstable. Motorists however couldn’t climb on him which resulted in traffic. People tried to call him from afar to get up but he refused, which made some cares carefully bypass him. Another photo below...
