But the Keeping Up With The Kardashians beauty, who is rumoured to be expecting her first child with the NBA star, showed no sign of a baby bump in the sweet shot.
Eagle-eyed fans soon inundated the picture with comments asking where her bump was. While some assumed the photo might have been taken a lot earlier in the year, others said it looked like it had been photoshopped.
"If this is recent then she deffo ain't preggers, look at that tiny waist," one fan commented under the picture.
"There is no way she's pregnant look at that stomach," said another.
"But why is this photoshopped? Where his hand and hers meet its blurry," a third asked while pointing out that the basketball star's left hand disappeared.
"Think its been photoshopped lol," a fourth said, while a fifth simply wrote, "Photoshop".
