According to Babatunde Ojedokun (TundeOj) on twitter, BRT buses this morning didn’t operate over unpaid salaries in some parts of Lagos State. He took photos of some passengers believed to be stranded after waiting tirelessly for the buses, as some who couldn’t wait any more, trekked to their destinations. More photos…
