The Huawei Nova (along with the Nova Plus) was made official at this year's IFA conference in Berlin with 3GB RAM. Now, the Chinese company has launched a new variant of the phone that comes with 4GB RAM. Aside from the bump in RAM, the new model (CAZ-AL10) also offers support for LTE-A carrier aggregation on supported carriers, allowing for a peak download speed of 300Mbps.
