BN Travel: Niyi explores all that Lagos has to Offer in #GidiwithGoogle2!

I’ll be exploring 10 iconic landmarks in Lagos with Google this weekend and, well, I’m excited!

Every year, Google brings together media influencers to explore a particular city using the specialized Google apps for travel. This time, it’s #GidiwithGoogle2.

I’ll be using the Google Trips (Android/iOS) throughout this weekend as it gives you useful and reliable information about the city you’re visiting. You can also manage your reservations, keep a personal itinerary for each day, and get recommendations for the most fun places in the city.

The Google App (Android/iOS) is your personal assistant and helps you search for every and anything. (You should know that!) Of course, the Voice Search feature is an added bonus. Sometimes I honestly am too lazy to type.

When in doubt (aka lost but don’t want to admit because ego), check Google Maps (Android/iOS), and don’t forget to back up your photos on Google Photos because these are memories to live for.

Although I’ve lived in Lagos my entire life, I’m pretty excited to see what this weekend has to offer. It’d be nice to see Lagos through a new lens.
